Last updated: August 20, 2026

GUNNIX LLC (“Gunnix,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit www.gunnix.us, create an account, place an order, register a warranty or contact us.

1. Information we collect

  • Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account details you provide.
  • Commercial information: orders, purchases, returns, warranty registrations and support history.
  • Payment information: payment status and transaction references. Full payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Gunnix.
  • Internet and device information: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and interactions. Security information may be processed when the site loads; optional analytics information is collected only after consent.
  • Communications: messages and other information you send to customer support.

2. How we use information

  • Process, deliver, support and account for orders.
  • Create and maintain accounts and warranty registrations.
  • Prevent fraud, protect the website and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Respond to support requests and other communications.
  • Improve the website using optional analytics when you have consented.
  • Send marketing emails or messages only where you have opted in, and process unsubscribe requests.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to providers only as needed to operate the store, provide requested services, protect the business or comply with law. These providers include:

  • Cloudflare for website delivery, security and abuse prevention.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • EasyPost and shipping carriers for shipping rates, labels, tracking and delivery.
  • Brevo for transactional and opted-in marketing communications and contact synchronization.
  • Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager for optional website analytics after consent.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies support security, sessions, the shopping cart, sign-in and checkout. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics remain off until you consent to Analytics. See our Cookie Policy and use Cookie Settings at any time to review or withdraw your choice.

5. Marketing communications

If you opt in to marketing communications, we may send product news and offers through Brevo. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order, account or warranty are not marketing messages.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order support, warranties, fraud prevention and legal, tax and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary record-retention obligations. Email [email protected] with enough information for us to verify and respond to your request.

9. California privacy rights

This section supplements the rest of this policy for California residents. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, information about categories of collection and disclosure, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We do not sell personal information for money. Optional analytics may be considered “sharing” under some California privacy rules. You can opt out through Cookie Settings. When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website treats optional Analytics as disabled.

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject California Privacy Request. We may verify the request by matching information you provide to our records. We aim to respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request, but we may ask for proof of authorization and identity verification where permitted.

10. Children

The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, services or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
